The rear slope had limited access because of mature landscaping and a narrow side yard, so material staging and tear-off had to be planned carefully. The chimney area also needed extra attention because the original flashing was embedded under multiple layers of old roofing.

Our Solution

How We Solved It

Our crew removed the existing shingles down to the deck, replaced a handful of worn boards, and installed ice-and-water shield in the valleys and along the eaves. We finished the system with GAF architectural shingles in Weathered Wood, new ridge caps, and updated flashing around the chimney, vent stacks, and roof transitions.
